The rate has continually gone up since we rented there 2 yrs. ago. And we access our camper during the winter and snow removal was not well maintained I do realize this year was more snow than normal but we had a waist high pile behind camper. The water/snow that blew in was very icy around the campers. We feel that the protection for the camper was not worth the price per month.

I felt that your company was disingenuous with your rates. When I rented the space I was told that after 4 months you had the ability to raise the rates. And after 4 months I received a notice that you would raise the rates - by over 17%. If the rates went up by 5% perhaps I could see that, but I felt 17% was excessive. If I knew you would increase the rate by that much I would not have rented from you. I will warn anyone who says they plan to rent at Cubesmart about my experience.

The beginning “deal” was very misleading, there were a ton of hidden fees to even get going. If you fall behind on a payment there’s the $100 “lien” fee on top of the late fee.

The big price jump in monthly rental fees will be the reason I won’t store my RV there next winter.

Place was new and nice when I began. Now, the halls are just filled with debris and no one is blowing it out. Very poor impression.

The introductory rate I was offered was not clearly explained, I started at around 53 or 58 as there was ab increase while I was waiting for a spot. Since then there have been increases to $80/month which I have heard was being increased to $90.

Friendliness and service given by manager. Extreme ease of access to the unit. The only drawback was the lack of an electrical outlet in the unit.
