Time restrictions on accessing my unit along with the price that the unit went up to after the discount period. When I first got the unit I also asked how long I get the discount for it and they could not give me an answer on that.

They give you an internet rate that seems reasonable then BOOM big increase in rate after a couple months. NOT GOOD BUSINESS!
