The storage an staff was always great to me

I was told 3 different prices for the rental And 3 different responses. I was not told about the hidden climate control and the lock fee. Then I was told I could be refund and when I called to make arrangements I was told I was not able to get a refund. Lack of total disclosure and contract details makes this a distrustful situation to be in with a company!

Took care of property and storage units.

The gate is broken I've called several times no response, can't open door to storage it's hard ,to many people in out since gate is broken.
