You raised the prices in a year to charge more than double the initial charge.

We were locked in and could not exit without any written advanced notice. Had to.call.the police because there wasn't a customer.service number. The police had a bypass.code and.stated they'd been called the countless times...

Clean, kept me notified of when bill due and paid. Great location. Management even walked thru once and asked if everything was going well.

I would absolutely love this place if it weren’t for a few key things. First off, we moved some of our items into our unit and this was a smooth process, but upon return to the unit there was evidence of moisture within the unit, crystallized salt deposits along a large crack that spans the unit. They were able to move units for us but there are cracks and evidence of moisture in the new unit as well. We were not offered any credit for this issue or our inconvenience. On top of that, I was told there would be no new charge or change in price with the new unit but two initial invoices showed a significantly higher amount. I had to call two times to get this adjusted back to our original contracted price.
