Easy process

You increased my rent to twice the rate advertised on your website despite there being 17 comparable empty units. The local representative was belligerent when I questioned this and your district manager dismissive.

it's a lot like a bait & switch operation - you advertise really good rates online - just to find out that those rates are only for new customers... I started out with around $62+ 2 years ago & the rates kept climbing up & up to $181 two years later... in addition there are all sorts of administrative fees added. Right before I cancelled my 5x10 storage space I asked if I could get some kind of a discount for a smaller space, and I was told NO, only new customers get discounts. So it seems Cubesmart does not value it's longer-term customers.... so I finally got so disgusted & found a MUCH NICER, cleaner facility for MUCH less money with a 2-yr guarantee that rates would not go up. In addition, the Cubesmart managers are never around when you visit the facility. Not a good way to retain your customers.

Need for better signs on each floor to assist in finding the unit.

Never had a problem with cube smart. All went well.

Friendly, courteous, customer service

Clean and efficient service. Staff was helpful answering my concerns. I am very satisfied with the level of service provided. I would recommend to others and would rent again.
