The store manager, Zach was extremely professional and patient. He dealt with maintenance problems on the elevator and the sliding doors with efficiency and expediting the remedy immediately.

I feel like Cube Smart is a bit deceptive = not clearly explaining that your initial costs would go up (and quite a lot!!) within 3 months! Also a stupid discrepancy that a card on file wasnt able to charged one time, I went into account and added new card and assumed that payment would then be charged to updated carbon file - but Cube Smart did not charge card and then issued me a $290. late fee - ridiculous!! also the fact that there is insurance charged although I have renters insurance. Not happy

Cubesmart was a great storage place. However, the reason for my average score is because the price is constantly rising. It seems as though every 3 months the price is being raised. I understand raising it for new customers but it should not be raised that often for existing customers (annually would be fair).

Nice people working the front desk at the location. Place was also clean and secure.
