All in all a great easy experience. When I checked out there was no way to use the loading dock because of the snow and I had a truck with a lift gate.

I rented the space about 5 months ago and in that time you have raised the price by 36%. I find this ridiculous, my income doesn't go up by 36% in a year. How do you expect people to handle such a huge increase?

The staff couldn’t be more accommodating and pleasant. They accepted packages, were very commutative and literally made my holiday season. I’ll be back the second I have storage needs again!
