Too Many Rate Hikes I feel were unjustified considering both space's Role Up doors were extremely difficult to Open. and I had complained several times and nothing was done to fix the issue.

My RV was damaged whale parked in your facility. The trailer that hit it was parked next to myvtrailer .it was clearly visible they had hit my trailer. Was told since I did not have your insurance they could not help.if the trailer next to me had your insurance why would insurance not pay to fix my trailer.
