I rented. 12 x 30 unit from CubeSmart for $259 with all taxes and insurance. After 3 months they raised the rent to $315. They didn’t even give me a year at the same price. Highly disappointed with them for being so greedy.

After two months of rental te rate was raised by 20.00. Then after about six months it was raised another 20.00. I like the facility but I had never stored my rv and have the rate go up so quickly

Mice and bugs in my storage and there was no food in the storage I seen mice poop everywhere

I was very pleased with the service I received. I know I was a pain when I couldn't get it open and there was no problem with helping me. I hope Marina is doing well. Say Hi to her. Hopefully I will find a storage as nice as CubeSmart in North Carolina

Location in relation to where we’re moving to and price. The manager (Britton) was very nice and patient with us as we navigated the process.
