The representative was very kind, and knowledgeable. However, I did not receive the gift bag that was in the unit and I did not have a full understanding of how to exit the property. As a result, I had to call for assistance as the office closed early that day due to an emergency while I was loading the unit. It was extremely hot and there was no water available and I had to keep my vehicle running which after I left caused a mechanical issue for the vehicle because of how the vehicle was left running.Had I been made aware the office was closing I would have been able to get assistance sooner with the latch that wasn't closing, water and leave in a decent time not having to wait for someone to come and assist.Other than that it was the best choice for storage, and I would more than likely recommend it.

Your representative greeted me as an old fried and made me feel welcome and appreciated my business.Each time I interacted with her she was always very accommodating.

The personnel are very friendly and helpful. They have always been! The Cube Smart areas are well kept and taken care of. I have only used them.

Price kept going up - to the point where you were more than double most of the competition and more than 3 times others.I reported the first month that someone appeared to have hit the door and it scraped on the concrete wall making it difficult for me to open and impossible for my daughter (it is her stuff being stored so she never got in without help)
