Me and my family were at this facility for 41 years having as many as 12 large units rented. In the last 4 or so years the manager at this unit is a total failure with customer service. Previous managers would work with us on pricing stability. In April 2021, we asked for some help with the 8 units we had. He told us he would do nothing. So, I decided to look for other options. We have now left entirely to a competitor. I have 4 units 10x10 or larger. 2 year price stability for all 4 units less than I was paying for C28.

No prorate or refund after account has been charged even if storage is vacated the same day it has charged account. Have to worry about storage being accessed for door install while being rented. Price increased.

Store #0211 – To obtain the lower market rate currently offered to Cube Smart customers, I was required to complete a unit transfer, despite there being no change in unit size. Since I was already paying $120.00 for a small 5x10 unit after 5 years of being a Cube Smart customer, the current market price for that same unit is $44.00, so this was a mandatory move for me in this economy. This transfer requirement to get lower rates creates an unnecessary inconvenience. This was the option provided to me when I spoke to the store representative.Additionally, being charged nearly three times the current market rate after more than five years as a customer does not reflect a commitment to customer loyalty or a positive customer experience. I respectfully request that you review this process. Pricing adjustments should more closely align with prevailing market rates, rather than continuing to increase to levels significantly above the average.

Great customer service, just dont agree with prices going up. Cube smart starts with the lowest price then after a month or two they bring the price up.
