Easy to deal with

our unit on the first day flooded after we moved stuff in and damaged irreplaceable stuff including things that I inherited from my grandmother from my childhood home as the weather strip failed and it rained and the unit next to us got tampered with and we were questioned about it because the locks were missing and it makes me feel as if my stuff won't be cared for and as if we were accused
