The manager and other workers are courteous and helpful. Facilities are clean, grounds and structures good appearance and well kept up. Obvious measures taken for security.

The on site manager Lupita was amazing! She has amazing patience because she had to deal with my indecisiveness switching back-and-forth, but she finally helped me make a decision. It really does help a stressful situation when your storage manager is very kind and funny and can make the situation like. Plus, my unit was clean and she already had my key waiting for me. She made it easy to understand how to get through the security gate and get back out very clear directions to my unit. I didn’t have any issue finding it also was pretty cool that she made it personable sharing stories back-and-forth about our children and relating and in some things probably the best experience I’ve had moving ever!!!!!
