Received exemplary service and the facility was always very accessible- only wish the facility was a 24 hour one like some of the competitors but I felt more at ease with my things in this storage.

My name is Nicarwia Hudson, and I am writing to explain why I gave a zero rating for my experience at the 29th Street location in Tucson.Unfortunately, my interactions with Lupita at this location have been very unpleasant. On multiple occasions, Lupita has been extremely rude and argumentative toward me. Instead of providing professional customer service, she has approached conversations with an attitude that feels dismissive and confrontational.As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect and professionalism. Each time I have had to communicate with her, the situation has felt unnecessarily tense because of her tone and the way she speaks to me. Rather than helping resolve concerns, she often escalates the interaction by arguing.Customer service is important, especially when customers rely on your company to safely store their personal belongings. Experiences like this make customers feel unwelcome and disrespected.I am asking management to please review this situation and address the level of professionalism at this location. No customer should have to deal with repeated rude and argumentative behavior when simply trying to handle their storage needs.This is the reason I moved out of my 2 storages there. Also inconsistent changes with price same storage sizes different pricesThank you for taking the time to review my complaint.Sincerely,Nicarwia Hudson

Constant badgering by management the entire time we were moving in. No, we were not hanging out. We were setting up shelves and organizing the unit. Had to clean the floor (very dirty).We were accused of tailgating in (and out apparently), as management couldn't find records of our access. No, we didn't tailgate in or out, we used the app which, incidentally, has an 'access my unit' digital option titled 'exit', but no 'entry' option. It opens the gate, so it works, but mgmt informed us that the digital access data only shows us leaving the facility, but not entering. This app programming oversight led to the tailgating accusation. Now we are required to use the keypad to enter, and can use the app to exit, until they fix the app or whatever. Not a single apology from mgmt regarding the tailgating accusation...very unprofessional. Now we've been informed that, during regular access hours we are limited to 2-3 hours per visit. This limitation was not disclosed previous to moving in, but DURING our move-in...WHILE WE WERE MOVING IN (setting up shelves, stacking bins, etc.). We were told that 'hanging out' is prohibited. Just like we weren't tailgating, we weren't 'hanging out'. Mgmt also accused me of coming in, and leaving my daughter there all day long..picking her up in the evening or whenever. Despite the regular reminders by mgmt that they are 'watching' customers who are there for extended periods ( I'm guessing anything more than 2 hours), the lack of security cameras and their entirely inaccurate accusations suggest otherwise. Every time we visit our unit, along comes the golf cart...usually within minutes, with some new issue.

Because the process was smooth from reserving online to finalizing in person. The lady in the office (, I'm really bad with names so I can't remember her name) Was incredibly welcoming and professional and she explained everything to us and had our wewelcome kit waiting for us in the unit
