We were in an area that's frequented by those described as homeless who hung out on local street corners. For some reason they also seemed to be able to afford storage units. Quite often, I wasn't comfortable going to my unit alone as there would often be homeless in there, and those were people you couldn't predict how they'd act with a solo storage unit owner. My unit #68 also ended up being filled with an amazing quantity of dust from the drive in front of the unit so it was ultimately quite a mess to clean out. Service was excellent though...when it was there as our location was not always staffed.

The customer service was good, the attendant was very friendly and lent me a moving blanket and dolly to use to move my items into the storage unit from the car. He was also flexible and able to cancel my account for me, being very clear and communicative about information I needed.

Spence is great. He communicates and is helpful.Didn’t like the rate increases though. Nice clean safe place. Lights didnt work in units
