Long-ish term renter...+12 years...the rental was convenient, yet NOTHING changed in the place, and yet paying almost $600 for a 10' X 20' unit, I might as well have rented an apartment. Just a "constant" rate increase every year, twice in a couple of years a couple of times. One would think, long term renters would have locked-in rates, steady every month, no real surprises. Yet no...increases EVERY year, ZERO "improvements". The on-line rental rate is around $122/month, and I was paying slightly less than $600/month...VERY unreasonable !SHORT term rentals would be best for new customers...

Always had a good experience with them. My only complaint is that we cannot be billed for the monthly charges. This is a commercial account and we'd rather be set up for billing rather than using a credit card for auto debit.
