My unit was full of rat shit when I moved out.

Units are OK, signup and access was easy, but access drive to G4 very tight and narrow. And the side slope of the drive in front of the unit is so sloped it’s almost comical. In our Isuzu box truck, it is so sloped that the truck box door won’t open because it’s binding, and using a pallet jack in the truck or on the ground is impossible. I needed this larger unit for storage during the Mineral show, but am moving to a different storage company for longer term rental of a smaller unit. This location was not functional for my needs. And the angle iron across the floor under the door is really annoying for and wheeled carts/dollies.

Whatever your needs are in unit size, they are willing to work with you, the prices are pretty decent and the units are safe and secure. Sales reps are knowledgeable about the storage units also great customer service!!

I would gibe a higher score if the place was not under construction. I also found it very difficult to turn my vehicle around when leaving. Very tight spaces to maneuver around.

Courteous employee, showed me a unit right away, and the access and hours are what I need.
