I thought it was in very poor taste to raise the rent right before the holidays when people are busy and usually spending more money. I was shocked when it happened in 2024 and then again in 2025. It shows that the company doesn’t care about the customers.

The manager and her staff were very nice during my time needed to have a place for my stuff. I'd recommend to whoever needs it was a good price as well!

Overall, the facility was efficient for my knee. The asphalt is starting to come up. It really needs to be repaved. They seem to overcharge their loyal customers. I was paying 3 to 4 times as much as new customers at the end.
