Clean, well lit, friendly staff that remember who you are. Carts are always available and in good condition. Corridors are wide enough to make turns easy. Rates are comparable and less than the competition. Long term users need to watch for rate increases That’s common for this industry. changing sizes is easy if you’re needs change.

The location is close to home, the staff is very helpful, access to a moving truck, a restroom available, comfortable climate, reasonable rates.

The cost to rent my cube increased from $167.02 in June 2019 to $527.88 in May 2026, an increase of 316%. This was more than 10 times the CPI increase in inflation which was 30% during that time interval. Whenever I hear people grumbling about price increases lately, I can point out that Cubesmart appears to be a prime example of the corporate greed that has overtaken the U.S. in recent years.

The facility and management are fantastic, but I hate that my rent automatically increases so often. It’s ridiculous and is the only reason I’m no longer going to be renting with CubeSmart. If my rent were more stable, I would have kept renting with CubeSmart indefinitely. As the rental policy stands, I don’t care to be gouged any longer.
