Ridiculously high and frequent price increases

The manager who was the older guy was really nice and helpful! Every time we dealt with him it was nothing but a great experience dealing with him! Wish more were like him! We had a house fire and so his kindness helped!

Ive been a customer for 2 years and have never had a bad experience. I recentky downsized to a smaller storage space and Store mgr Spence was awesome in helping w the transition.

When I was living in Florida I used Cubesmart and had no issues whatsoever. I moved to California and didn't need the services of a storage unit anymore but not that I've moved to Arizona I neede a good temperature controlled storage unit and you guys were able to deliver on that. The customer service in my experience has always been good as well which is another reason why I'd recommend you guys.
