The manager lupita is the best and I like how she's managing cubesmart and how secure it is now because of her

I canceled my unit H22 on Sept 9th before my next monthly payment on Sept 15th. I personally spoke to Lupita at the location I was renting at that I was canceling my unit, that it was cleaned out and I was donating my lock to her. Lupita let me know she’d cancel me out of the system and would send me an email, which at this time I still have not received. I get an email on Sept 15th charging my bank account $57.33, which over-drafted my bank account. I called the location I was renting at severe times throughout the day to speak to someone and left voicemail and no one called me back. I drove to this location the next day, Sept 16th to speak to Lupita about my account and the charge. It is now October 9th I have not heard from anyone regarding the charge or resolutionLupita called me on 10/4 to ask me if I have vacated my Unit and to let her know. I called back to tell I have vacated the unit back on Sept 9th and my account was charged and I got another email letting me know of the new monthly payment of $62.90 on Oct 15th.The hassle and frustration of this mistake and lack of prompt communication and responsibility is unacceptable and wouldn’t want anyone else I know to go through this ordeal.

The General Manager Lupita was so welcoming and courteous. Always greeted you with a smile and made you feel like you were family. Always had a watchful eye out for people who were upto no good. Felt safe to store my belongings there.
