Connie at the Cubesmart at 5550 S. Palo Verde in Tucson exceeded all expections. She was kind, compassionate, professional, informative and just wonderful!!! I needed to get a storage unit the same day and she did not disappoint. I was taken care of with excellent service, pleasant attitude and in addition, the office was pristine, the campus was spotless and everything in order and just the most perfect operation. She is a definite asset to Cubesmart. Do reward her for all her excellence!! She deserves to be promoted to Super Manager!!!!

You shoe-horned in a $5,000 "protection plan" that I didn't need or ask for. The junk I had in there didn't amount to $50. Then when I went to access the unit, the code didn't work. Luckily there was someone there to re-set it. The rest of the time I was at the unit, the staff person wasn't and the "be back" clock sign was on the locked door. I probably would have renewed if there was someone actually there to take my money! But since there wasn't, I decided to just packed up my truck and move on. Then, later in the day someone named Steve called and asked about it and it turned out I was charged a mystery fee of $17 which he thankfully backed out. Not a good look for CubeSmart.

Connie hands down is the most wonderful and helpful human being I've ever met. She's a blessing to this world and made everything so quick and painless. She's incredibly knowledgeable and personable. Not only am I thankful to have been help by here at cube smart, I'm blessed to be able to have met her in general! She's is hard working, kind, and just all around a fantastic person.
