Because you continued to use me as a cash cow, continually increasing my monthly rent to well over 300 percent of the average monthly rent in my area, and took advantage of my longevity instead of rewarding it as should be the case with a loyal customer.

The storage unit was clean and reserving and renting online was easy. Auto pay also made payments easy. Staff was always polite and helpful.
