Price kept going up - to the point where you were more than double most of the competition and more than 3 times others.I reported the first month that someone appeared to have hit the door and it scraped on the concrete wall making it difficult for me to open and impossible for my daughter (it is her stuff being stored so she never got in without help)

Had no issues

While the customer service was outstanding, the steep increase in price every 3 months made it unaffordable. I was paying almost triple of what I found elsewhere. It's not an indoor facility, so not like they need to cover ac costs for the units.

storage space are not airtight, so dust can accumulate, but no signs of vermin in 12 years in a space.

Unlikely because i don't live in the area and have no family in the Tucson AZ area.
