While the customer service was outstanding, the steep increase in price every 3 months made it unaffordable. I was paying almost triple of what I found elsewhere. It's not an indoor facility, so not like they need to cover ac costs for the units.

The current price for a unit my size is $160, but I have been paying over $300 per month the past few years.Plus you refuse to give a refund of remaining fee after I closed account.
