The customer service I received at the CubeSmart was exemplary. I was advised of all the options and was guided in getting a unit that worked great for me! I have upgraded to a larger unit at the same location and plan to keep using CubeSmart for my storage needs.

What is the status of the $16.50 credit to my account?Record shows this was promised in February.

It is very good pricing for a 10'×10' storage space! Our family used the space for a year and a half after selling our parents home and putting it on the market. The space space is secure andhas easy access.

Mainly because there was not any electric supplied to the unit i was at, but i noticed the units on the same row as mine were equipped with lights. Other than that, I was totally satisfied with the facility. No bugs, No issues with accessability. The management was great.

On site Staff are amazing!! CEOs and corporate management can go f@#k them selves. You don't have to keep raising the rent. It's just greed plain and simple.

The blatant price gouging is obscene. You have the data to allocate units for long and short term use with price teirs. Raising rent by 250-300% in 3 years is criminal. But because there's no regulation preventing greedy corruption you don't care about screwing people over. Storage units are often a life line for people who have fallen on hard times, and you're just making it harder. Fuck CubeSmart's Corporate Leaders!!!
