It is easiest to list pros and cons.Pros:-The facility grounds are clean and uncluttered.-Someone is on site during business hours.-There are security cameras-Access to storage units has convenient hours-Easy pay appCons:-Communication is slow between customers/staff and between the employees themselves-Rental cost regularly increases on average between every 1-3 month cycles. The increase is in roughly $20-30 increments.-Comments/Surveys are usually sensored rather then addressed with the customer-Easy pay app costs you a "convenience fee" on top of your rentalOverall, worth a try in a temporary situation but definitely not for permanent or long term.
