Customer service was phenomenal and helpful during the entire rental process. Units were mostly clean with a few insects inevitably slipping in. Customer portal and user interface was straightforward and easy to use.

They always called to remind me a payment was due. Always check on us to make sure we were okay and every time we went there if we needed anything to just ask or let them know.
