The price is very high. I'm paying almost $70 for a 5x5 unit for 1 month. The unit I was assigned is at the very back of the property and it's extremely dark and there's a lot of dirt and rocks. I feel very unsafe there alone at night.

Extremely easy to arrange for storage online with showing the prices, sizes and all the information I needed up front. Then I was able to go to the storage unit and move in promptly. The customer service was helpful and always friendly. The area is secure and clean. I would definitely use them again if I need storage in the future and will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Everything was fine until I emptied the unit and found holes in the roof and mold and ruined furniture and boxes. Not good
