You had the storage unit available. You gave me an affordable price. Your customer service was excellent along with communication. I was able to be in an out with ease. Security was excellent. My storage unit was near the entrance.

I was told when I got the storage by the manager that the price is was quoted was going to be the lifetime price. After having the storage for a few months the price went up almost twice the original amount.

location was convenient, but I used the back parking lot for RV storage and the fence around it is very insecure and the condition of the pavement needs improvement...and the price goes up every year - 15% this year, which is nuts for just a parking spot with limited security and no cover

I would give the store manager a 9, but Cube Smart wasted my time 4 times in a couple months by creating access problems that should have been easily solved. Instead of offering a monetary price accommodation they chose to raise the rent by 30%. After using them over 4 years for RV storage I finally became too dissatisfied to remain,

It was very easy to sign up online, and there were many choices for units. Upon arriving at the unit, the customer service representative was very helpful in getting us set up and letting us know how to contact them in case we had any questions.
