The manager Scott is great! The negative is that the co. increases the monthly rent. The rent is increased until the renter can no longer rent. This is a stupid business practice

There was significant theft of my storage unit. I left a voicemail for the manager requesting information on how to file an insurance claim, and never received a call nor a text in return.

Cubesmart is very expensive. The annual increases became too much. Security is minimal and my unit was broken into. I found a larger indoor unit for nearly $100 less per month at Extra Space Storage. They also offer senior discounts. My family got a 10x10 unit there for way less than what we have been paying at Cubesmart

Extortion. Pure and simple. It was very physically taxing to get my storage unit moved and it took a long while before I had the time and other means to be able to do so, or I would have done it long ago. Twice a year I get a notice in the mail that my rent is going up. Why? The same size unit is $111 for new customers online and I was paying over $300!! Absolute theft.
