It was convenient and close to where we moved..and the staff were always friendly unit area always clean

The AC didn't work. Was way too hot in the building. The price increased ever 6 months. The entrance and exit doors were always broken. The bathroom were horrendous.

Difficult to contact once contract was signed and deposit made.

Ms Tammy went above and beyond to make sure I got the best unit based on my knee peoblem

I found CubeSmart to be a very nice and clean facility. The ladies in the office were very nice and helpful. I loved that we could drive into the building to load and unload . They had plenty of carts to help us move our things. I feel our home furnishings will be safe while we build our house. .

The local staff was super friendly and helpful. They communicated well and helped me get what I needed for the best price.

Price could be a little lower, the customer service was very good
