The lady that was there was amazing and very helpful!!

Staff was polite. The facility is clean and easily accessible. Also the price was affordable with many different size options to fit your needs. There are also many access points to carts you may need while unloading.

I gave my recommendation a 10 because of the main strength that CubeSmart in Tupelo, MS has to offer. Number 1: the staff is great to work with (especially Tammy), #2: location of the storage building, #3: ease of renting online

Very good concept and could be a 10 easily but it has come to the point that it is not as clean as it was in the beginning, it changed as employees changed. The people running the local facility are very nice but it is not as clean and nice as it was when we originally moved in. There has been a lot of issues with the entrance roll up doors during our time renting at the Tupelo facility. Also, when there was a payment discrepancy it took 3 months for CubeSmart to get it cleared up for us and get our money back to us. Also, the parking lot lights seem to have issues and be off at night more than they are on. All of this and the rent goes up frequently making it difficult to justify staying and not switching to another company.

I was able to rent online and receive my unit info and directions which was very convenient for me and very helpful because I had a long drive and it was going to be after hours when I arrived everyone I talked with were so nice and patient with me friendly people and the move in went smoothly
