I made the rental on line, site unseen, and found a huge puddle of water directly in front of the entrance. The manager was aware of it and said there’s nothing that ca be done and that in the winter I’ll have to bring salt to thaw the ice in order to get the door open. Hopefully I’ll be out before then. In the meantime I’ll bring boots

I gave this score because you guys have consistently up the rate of storage and it has become unaffordable for my family.
