Because you arent willing to work with anyone that has had a financial hardship like myself. You hold people's thing hostage and charge them a 100 dollar "lien fee" which makes it even harder for someone to get their things. Its absolutely ridiculous and I will never do business with this company again. Also you dont take care of 50 pit road turner maine facility AT ALL. You leave huge piles of snow in front of the units and they need to be shoveled out every winter. Locking people out of their unit after 4 days of a missed payment is RIDICULOUS!!!
