The Local Management Team has been good to work with. My big complaint is that I was only here for 5 months when my unit price went up $195.00 or an 18% increase. The typicalyearly increase is only 5-10% per year according to John who rented me the unit. Now I am told that John is no longer with Cube Smart. I really liked the unit I was in but thought such a large rent increase in such a short time was very unfair and very costly, so I moved to a different Mini Storage Company.

Never had any problems with my unit , environment was always clean.

Porsha & Ayesha gave me great customer service being my first time ever renting a storage..Even though the lady at the other location wasn’t very caring like they was.

East to navigate, customer service and staff were top notch. Always helpful and knowledgeable.
