No one is perfect. The agent was great overall, patient and caring.

Was given false information to rent this unit and false pricing that had now caused me to over pay by $76.80. Complete bait and switch, contacted Hollie who I was told was the district manager. Was never given a call back, will be moving forward with placing a complaint with BBB.

Friendly staff, good location, clean facility

Great experience in Tuscaloosa! Super nice representative -- lovely young lady with long hair and glasses -- I wish I would have gotten her name -- very clean facility, and I got unit at move-in special pricing! Renting unit for some of my daughter's belongings between college semesters. I used a different facility last year and ended up with a unit that was smaller AND more expensive than advertised. Definitely sticking with CubeSmart from now on!
