The service representative was very courteous and helpful. She showed me exactly what I described to her and had me in and out expeditiously.

Porsche and Ms. Ursala had great costumer service and they were very helpful when we had questions.

I used the scan on the door to contact you bc the office was not opening till 9:30. I was skeptical bc I was talking to someone on the phone instead of the office. He was absolutely awesome! Very nice and helpful. I made a reservation. Still a little hesitant bc I was thinking how drawn out this was going to be and how bad customer service has been everywhere. I walked in and was greeted by the warmest smile and “Good Morning”. I wish I could remember her name bc she was welcoming and very informative when it came to what would best suit my storage needs. AND on top of all that it was 40% off special with first month free. I don’t think I have ever felt so secure in my decision to use a company. Thank you so much for having such awesome people working for you. Great, clean, and helpful place. I would recommend 100%. lol matter of fact I already did!

I have made multiple calls to upper management in regards to the severely high price increase. I spoke to Cloe once and she was supposed to adjust and wake next month, that didn’t happen. After more than 5 calls, with no help I went to aome place that actually listens to customers doesn’t over charge and was willing to help
