The managers were very professional, friendly, and helpful every time I had a concern. I will always refer others to CubeSmart because of the awesome customer service.

The online check-in process was very simple and convenient. However, locating my unit proved a bit challenging. The climate-controlled units are not situated near the office, which was closed at the time, and the map provided did not clearly indicate that the units were on 10th Street rather than at 949 31st Street.That said, the customer service I received was excellent. The two ladies I spoke with were extremely helpful, and Ms. Honey went above and beyond to ensure I had the correct information. I would recommend updating the location details so that, in cases where the office team is unavailable, customers can still access all the necessary information with ease.

Everything was neat clean and staff was super professional felt very safe going to my storage once the gates closed no matter whether it was morning or evening
