Unit was as expected to be. We just need the unit for 1month, my son is a student there and we had a space in between for fall move in of new apartment. The real 10 score is for the sweet ladies , Ursula and Joy in the office. They have it down, right! They confirm your dates and information. They are both helpful and kind as can be! I would recommend them 100%!!

Very clean, very easy to access. The Tuscaloosa location was perfect and Joy was amazing to talk to and very helpful. We used a climate controlled unit. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.
