Your prices increased each year. I have been here for years, and the prices have more than doubled. Each time it comes up for review, you ray and limit the access to M-F 8-5 and my agreement has always been 24/7. But the prices increase is simply wrong.

10x10 for 300 dollars and can’t even sweep the floor?

Easy access, convenient access hours, secure, clean facilities, climate controlled, online payments, helpful friendly staff

The facility and access were ok, but the “random lottery” of price increases was never explained. I was initially told that my price was good for a year and after a couple of months it went up around $20 a month. I got hit with another one, after some time, that was almost $30 more a month. I ended up finding a better deal with up front increase policies.

Honestly the units are fine. But the company is greedy. My monthly bill went from 120/month to 170/month. Just because they wanted to raise it. For that reason alone I would not recommend cube smart.
