Good security, very clean and the staff on site are very nice and helpful.

I was not happy that I was not able to have 24 seven access, I inquired about superior access for after hours and never got a response, the hours were not good for me.

I expected 24/7 access and am very upset that the facility closes at 10. The whole reason I signed up for a storage unit was to be able to access it at any time. I contacted support and no one could help me. I will not keep this unit after my 2 mos.
