The elevator for the climate control is a passenger elevator not a freight elevator. It is extremely difficult to get furniture into a storage unit on any upper floor!

The guy who helped me and prepared all of the paperwork for me was very helpful and professional. He knew most of what there was to know about the leased space. If there was something he did not know, he did not try to cover it. He simply said he would have to look the answer up or he deferred to his partner who was also at the facility when I leased the space. He was professional and he did a good job.
