Very easy access to my storage unit any time of the day - front office managers were always there during normal working hours just in case you needed help or had questions - I couldn't have asked for a better place to store my excess items until I could get myself moved in and organized. I appreciate everything the managers did to make moving and moving out a pleasant experience - thank you so very much

Convenient, staff very helpful, always feel safe at the complex. Storage area kept nice. Only suggestion I have is improve on the lighting so you can see in the units.

Tyler was the representative who helped me. He carefully explained the product, as well as the fees. He also provided me with visuals. He explained how to use the app to open the entrance gate. The area is well lit, clean, and peaceful. And lastly, I love their storage locks. Highly recommend.

I was told that my last month could be prorated. I used 2 days of the last month that I paid for and then was told NO PRORATED REFUNDS. I was given a 10% lifetime discount for my unit by Tieranny (not sure how to spell it), the manager at the time, because I had to move in while the unit didn't have air conditioning. Upon every rate increase, this discount was dropped off. This was not an introductory offer. I had water damage inside the unit from outside storms, but I am just so ready to never deal with Cubesmart again that I am not filing a claim. The only thing that could change my attitude toward Cubesmart would be for you to prorate my last payment and refund the amount not used.

I have no issues on the location I rented from. However, I will not rent a unit from CubeSmart as long as they have the no prorated rent policy in effect.
