Tyler was the representative who helped me. He carefully explained the product, as well as the fees. He also provided me with visuals. He explained how to use the app to open the entrance gate. The area is well lit, clean, and peaceful. And lastly, I love their storage locks. Highly recommend.

I was told that my last month could be prorated. I used 2 days of the last month that I paid for and then was told NO PRORATED REFUNDS. I was given a 10% lifetime discount for my unit by Tieranny (not sure how to spell it), the manager at the time, because I had to move in while the unit didn't have air conditioning. Upon every rate increase, this discount was dropped off. This was not an introductory offer. I had water damage inside the unit from outside storms, but I am just so ready to never deal with Cubesmart again that I am not filing a claim. The only thing that could change my attitude toward Cubesmart would be for you to prorate my last payment and refund the amount not used.

I have no issues on the location I rented from. However, I will not rent a unit from CubeSmart as long as they have the no prorated rent policy in effect.

This storage facility is ALWAYS clean - and there is always a human being on sight in case you need any help - the elevators are always in working order - there are always roll carts available - it's safe - it's well lit if you go in the evening - I just love CubeSmart Storage and the guys that operate it - well done!!!
