What I asked for .

I appreciate that facility was very clean, very nice & helpful young lady on the desk and it was located very conveniently for me. But when we moved our things a box of things were wet & had mildew & a large rug was wet & mildew too but it also had holes eaten in it. We were very disappointed to see this after moving & very tired & trying to setup our new place.

I gave CubeSmart a 10 because they were clear on every detail. In less than 10 minutes, I had my unit.

Nothing to complain about as far as the experience goes. They are great. Just wish the prices didn't increase because of corporate policy. I am typically a person with zero tolerance for corporate decisions like that. But overall, it's great. Just not suitable for long term use.
