Great customer service

You are ripping loyal customers off!!! I've been renting there for many years. The regular increases are absolutely unbelievable. I was alerted by a family member a new customer is getting $75 ish for a space I'm paying way over $300 for. I emptied that unit the same day. I'll be emptying my other space as soon as possible and will make it my mission to tell people I know to avoid doing business with CubeSmart. Whoever owns this place is greedy and thieves plain and simple.

Clean units and common areas. Staff was always very helpful. Felt as though it was a safe location

Business model of consistency using the price for the unit, so I’m paying over a 100% more than the original agreement in the course of a year. Super frustrating. Would never recommend someone to this model.

There isn’t a dumpster available for use, and turned in rental and charged for full month.
