Very dark in the unit and hard to see even in day time. The concrete drive way is super slanted and hard to use with the carts. Price went up significantly after first year. No one at front desk quite frequently.

The reason I didn’t give a 10 was because it was such a fight to get a unit.The Mgr wouldn’t allow my daughter to be listed on my acct. as she has her own unit and, I guess, is linked somehow to another. I’m 70 and in poor health. She assists me with most of my affairs. I only had 24 hrs to secure to storage. She had to email an ‘urgent’ message to upper mngmnt for review. I did get approval to rent the unit but it was a nightmare.

Easy to get a rental started. Good security. Easy to end.

The storage facility was clean and well maintained others than they elevator being out of order for quote a while.

Very secure, but fees increased 3-fold in less than 10 years.

Everything went well until we REALLY needed it to go well then:1) elevator went out when we needed it most. Mgr said waiting on a part from Dallas (2 hours away)2) no “out of order sign” ever was placed on the elevator3). had to move all our heavy boxes down steep stairs(we both have had recent ortho surgeries!3) no offer of a partial refund even after elevator out for 3 weeks4) no outside lighting when we were moving stuff at night.5) it almost always takes 3-4 attempts to enter numbers on the keypads before it works (I’ve seen st least 3 others have same problemWe finally got tired kid the elevator being broken (and the part is just 2 hours away). Same excuse that “holiday shipping delays”! So we found a cheaper facility all on one floor. BTW, this facility went up in price every quarter since we joined 1.25 years ago. . . now is almost $100 more each month than when we started.

I was in less than 3 months and rent was raised 25.00, that adds up.

Price escalated to ridiculous $247 pm.

I rented space for about 2 1/2 years - always paid my rental fee well in advance of the due date. I had a 10x15 unit and on 11/5 received notice my rent was escalating to $247.00 month. Cannot continue comments due toTyping space constraints.
