When the new GM took over services began to drop and the cleanliness of the facility

easy to sign up, easy access. Only issue is when have a second story unit, the elevator is pretty questionable. One time it wasn't working when moving things in which made it difficult.

4 large increases, sometime only months apart. Outrageous increase over the last couple of years. Clearly a case of greed on the part of this company. This facility is not affected by tariffs, nor, other than electricity, affected by inflation. I can guarantee that electricity has not risen that much. There is little maintenance to the buildings - concrete paving, concrete floors, minimal landscaping and minimal staffing. Absolutely no reason for the number and frequency of increases.
