The facility itself was clean and new, and climate controlled. However, I became very frustrated by the fact that after my introductory period expired, the price went up significantly every year, so that after three years I was paying twice as much as I started out with. They know they have you in a bind because it costs so much to hire movers, you can't just go elsewhere to get a cheaper rate.

I’ve used quite a few storage facilities over the years, but CubeSmart in Tyngsboro is by far the best! Trish is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She made the move-in process seamless, clearly explaining everything from the costs to unit access. The facility is spotless, secure, and very easy to access right off Route 3. Outstanding customer service!

This is a nice facility, the units are the cleanest we've seen. They have two large indoor bays for loading and unloading. Easy in and out from the highway.You will pay a premium for this however. Not cheap.

Attentive customer service. Clean unit. Easy sign up and check in. The mobile app is going to make it easy for me to manage my account (and it is very user friendly). The level of security is strong. The facility seems safe -- I feel confident leaving my belongings in my unit.
