Because the management team in Ukiah, Ca went over and beyond! Great customer service and care! If i need any help again in the future, I will be happy to use them as my storage providers!

too much rent

I rented my unit for $175 per month, but my monthly rate was suddenly increased to $256 which was nearly a 50% increase from one month to the next, not gradually . Because my account was on autopay, I didn’t catch the change immediately. When I contacted CubeSmart, I was told nothing could be done, yet same units were being advertised online for less than what I was paying, including promotional pricing and a free first month for new customers. It’s disappointing that loyal customers are expected to pay more than new customers for the same unit. Brittany and entire local management were professional and helpful, but CubeSmart’s pricing policy is the reason I chose to move my belongings elsewhere. It’s unfortunate that Ukiah Self Storage was acquired by CubeSmart, as my experience under the previous ownership was far better.

People easy to work with

Only reason why it’s not a 10 is because 2 times in the last 6 months the price went up by 10 dollars. So I started with a 40 dollar very small unit. And then the price went up to 50 and a few months later up to 60. With no letter to say why the increase.

Dana was again very courteous, helpful, and personable. I would recommend this site to anyone looking for helpful and secure storage for their belongings.
