Polite and helpful personnel

The service used to get good for the price. With how much money you made for the quality of the outside storage, you could have easily maintained the facilities or even upgraded them. To keep increasing the price year after year for nothing more than the space people had already been paying for is outrageous and should be illegal.

The rent kept rising and rising with no end in sight. Our rent more than doubled, even tripled from our original price we were paying within the time cubesmart purchased .

Lack of maintenance on gutters and down spouts. (Trees and grass growing up and down spouts plugged. ) areas around outside of buildings not trimmed inviting pests and rodents.
