rodent issue, damage to my stuff

On November 15th, 2025, I found significant rodent droppings in my unit and notified the manager on sight. He instructed me to submit a claim through the pre-paid insurance and he promised to abate the problem.The insurance company determined they do not cover this kind of damage.On April 18th, 2026 my wife and I returned to the unit to move our belongings but found more evidence of rodent infestation, including what looks like a nest in one of the night stands. Consequently, our professional movers could not put anything on their truck from the unit. On that day, we notified the manager again about the problem
