Door in my unit was impossible to lock ask manager to fix it he told me it’s not gonna happen. ( moved to different storage facility with much nicer stuff and way cheaper)

I scored you at a 1 because the facility is very clean. But the way the unit price continues to go up continously is why I took my things out and closed it. My unit have been going up not on a yearly basis but within months
