Wish there had been more communication about leaks and price hikes.

The guy working there Bob, was the most helpful, pleasant person I have met in a very long time. Not to mention he is a great employee. Find me another employee that is done on a Saturday at 5 o’clock, and it is raining out cats and dogs. I was running late and the typical response of someone in that position is to tell the person I can’t help you. I am done for the day. Well this guy Bob is no typical employee. He went over and above to help me get situated and answered every question I had and even walked me through the facility to make sure I knew where my locker was located. Thank you Bob.

Cost

Constant rent hikes with no notice. You have to view this as you can easily replace most things that can be kept in a storage unit with the amount you have to pay monthly.

I really loved the service for all the years I've been with cubesmart. I NEVER had any issues. People in the office were outstanding!!!!

Great pricing, but the facility suffers from severe cleanliness issues. The hallways outside the storage units are filled with dead insects. Implementing a daily sweeping routine would vastly improve this property.

Cubesmart punishes longtime customers by arbitrarily raising their monthly rentals charges, the longer you are a loyal customer, the higher they raise your rate. A friend of mine just rented a larger unit than mine for a 1/3 of what I am paying, and will likely be 3 years before they are paying what I recently paid.
