The facility seems to be well-maintained. However, by the end of my contract dealing with the staff proved difficult. The Secane location had a young lady who was rude on the phone and unhelpful. I've used storage at various places in the past and they were courteous at all times. While I am not taking it personally, I think they are not aware of the manner they use in speaking to people.I will say the person who I initially worked with at the time of opening an account in 2025 was nice. But the person in March 2026 was brusque, very brusque. If this was who I had encountered in the beginning, I would not have done business with them.

Need the bathroom opened but otherwise it’s great!

For short term, it's fine. For long term, the frequency and amount of price increases are ridiculous. Staff are helpful but they aren't always there when they are supposed to be. Place is generally clean- could use a little more frequent floor cleaning near the entryways for indoor lockers. One thing that I don't particularly like is the metal netted roofs. You will end up with bird poop over some of your stuff because of this.
