Good customer service but don’t like the pricing. The prices is not guarantee. I thought it would be locked in for a year or six months. Also they try and sneak in monthly insurance which they don’t tell you until you are about to pay.

Very courteous staff. Clean and roomy storage unit. Also, last day before office opened, we took our car and lock. They called to make sure that we vacated our unit because our lock was gone. This was impressive to me because what if we hadn’t removed it? They walk around and do a lock check everyday. Which means your unit is safe! Thank you.

Site is clean but very expensive. They start you off cheap and once you’re in, they keep raising the price. I had a small unit and was paying $341 a month. Who can afford that?

The facility seems to be well-maintained. However, by the end of my contract dealing with the staff proved difficult. The Secane location had a young lady who was rude on the phone and unhelpful. I've used storage at various places in the past and they were courteous at all times. While I am not taking it personally, I think they are not aware of the manner they use in speaking to people.I will say the person who I initially worked with at the time of opening an account in 2025 was nice. But the person in March 2026 was brusque, very brusque. If this was who I had encountered in the beginning, I would not have done business with them.
