Stuff stayed secure and dry. Lots of rat droppings, but I guess that's inevitable. Took a couple points off because no one answered the phone, returned call, or replied to my message when I wanted to end the contract.

This site has very few carts...people put them into their units. CubeSmart should watch the videos and charge the people putting them into their storage unit. This unit also does not have a working bathroom. Makes it very hard on a customer when you're organizing your unit and there's no ability to wash hands, use the bathroom, etc., People are paying a lot of $ for a subpar location.

Need to do better job watching video and charging people who put the carts in their bins so there are none available for others.NEED TO HAVE A BATHROOM ONSITE!!!!Need to give better pricing to long term, auto pay, never had an issue customers instead of jacking pricing up and giving someone off the street a better rate.

We had flood in which some of my things got damage , so I had to transfer to another storage room.

From the people in the office being helpful, friendly and accomodating all the way thru, my experience was really good. The facility is clean, bright, and I always felt safe.

Prices raise every month.
